Oil of Nature offers Free Standard UK shipping of online purchases of £60 or more.
Please note that we ship Monday – Friday only during normal working hours. Any order placed during non-working hours will be processed the following working day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.

3. You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card or PayPal details with your Order and we take payment immediately or otherwise before the delivery of the products.
Cancelations, Returns & Refunds
1. You the Customer have the legal right to cancel your contract and therefore your order with us from the date that we have confirmed your order is on its way.
2. From the day you receive your order you have a fourteen-day period to cancel your order.
3. Day means from the Day you receive the products, Goods, this includes week days, weekends and bank holidays.
4. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Order by a clear statement in writing or by email info@oilofnature.co.uk.
6. If you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without liability, you can return the Products, Goods in an undamaged, unwrapped, unused condition at your own expense.
7. We must without delay refund you the full prices of the products, Goods which have been paid for in advance by you along with any and all postage. This does not affect your rights when the reason for the cancellation is any damaged Products or Goods.
8. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the fourteen-day cancellation period has expired.
9. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
10. When returning the Products or Goods which have been cancelled, you must send back the Products to 28 ROLT STREET, DEPTFORD, LONDON SE8 5NL without delay and in any event not later than the fourteen days from the day on which you communicated to us your cancellation of the Products or Goods. The deadline is met if you send back the Products before the period of fourteen days has expired.
11. You agree that you will have to bear the costs of returning the Products and or Goods.
Damaged Goods
1. If the products or goods, when received by you are Damaged or Faulty at the time of sale of those Products please return them within twenty-one days of receiving them.
2. In the event of Damaged or Faulty Products or Goods you will be offered an exchange or a full refund after we have received those returned Products or Goods.
3. In the event of Damaged or Faulty Products or Goods at the time of sale we will pay in full any and all postage incurred by you.
4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

I brought this a month ago and I wanted to wait to see if I got any results. It worked peeeerfectly! I brought it as a night cream and the Lavender is just remarkable on that sense; it gives me a calming sense and I wake up the next day with my face just glowing! I love it ( it is a bit oily and thick so I wouldn’t recommend to those who have oily skin).
Fantastic balm! with my super dry and sensitive skin I am using it as a face cream. And I am very pleased with the result and how it feels. The smell is magnetised somehow reminds me of seaside holidays far away in time and space.
I am obsessed with the body butter!
One day I stopped at the Oil of Nature stand at Portobello Road market because the smell of the products was absolutely beautiful. Usually, I use quite pricey premium skincare products and am happy with them, but none of those products achieved the effect the lavender body butter had: the wrinkles on my cleavage disappeared! This product is truly moisturizing and rich. I also started using it for my face and can absolutely recommend it as moisturizing addition, especially during the winter time.
I barely ever write google reviews, but if I genuinely like a great product and can support a local business, I am happy to spread the word about it. Btw also a great present – the smell of the lavender cream is amazing!
I came across the OoN stall at a market over a month ago and bought the Galaxy Girls soap and Lavender body butter – I’ve been using them every day and both are still going strong! They smell delicious, feel really luxurious and leave my skin soft and nourished. I love them so much I went back to the market yesterday to get another soap!
